• Bank account details for BPI, BDO, or Metrobank transfers (account name and number only — tg7 does not store full card numbers);
• Transaction history including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits;
• Source of funds declarations where required by AML regulations.

2.4 Technical & Usage Data

• IP address and approximate geolocation;
• Device type, operating system, and browser information;
• Session duration, login timestamps, and platform activity logs;

06 Data Sharing & Disclosure

6.1 Service Providers

tg7 may share your personal data with trusted third-party service providers who assist in operating the Platform, including KYC verification providers, payment processors (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank), fraud detection services, cloud hosting providers, and customer support platforms. All service providers are contractually bound to process your data only on tg7's instructions and in accordance with applicable data protection law.

6.2 Regulatory Authorities

tg7 may disclose your personal data to PAGCOR, the National Privacy Commission, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other competent Philippine authorities where required by law, court order, or regulatory directive.

6.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of tg7's business, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to the same privacy protections described in this Policy. You will be notified of any such transfer in advance where required by law.

08 Data Retention

tg7 retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account and KYC data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and AML regulations;
• Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act;
• Customer support records: Retained for two (2) years following resolution of the relevant support interaction;
• Marketing data: Retained until you withdraw consent or for a maximum of three (3) years from last interaction, whichever is earlier;
• Technical logs: Retained for up to twelve (12) months for security and fraud prevention purposes.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with tg7's data disposal procedures.

09 Data Security

tg7 implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, or disclosure. These measures include:

10 Children's Privacy

The tg7 Platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. tg7 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If tg7 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, the relevant account will be immediately suspended, all associated data will be deleted, and any funds deposited will be returned to the source payment method following verification. 11 International Data Transfers

tg7 primarily processes and stores personal data within secure data centre facilities. Where personal data is transferred to service providers or infrastructure located outside the Philippines, tg7 ensures that such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards, including contractual data protection clauses that provide a level of protection equivalent to that required under the Philippine Data Privacy Act.

12 Third-Party Services

The tg7 Platform may integrate with third-party game providers, payment processors, and analytics services to deliver the full gaming experience. These third parties operate under their own privacy policies and tg7 is not responsible for their data practices beyond the contractual obligations imposed on them as tg7 service providers.

tg7 does not embed third-party social media widgets, external advertising networks, or unrelated tracking technologies on the Platform. All integrations are limited to those necessary for the operation of the tg7 gaming service.

13 Exercising Your Data Rights

Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect how tg7 processes your personal data or your rights as a data subject — tg7 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect. For non-material updates, the revised Policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
