01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and tg7 ("tg7," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the tg7 online gaming platform available at tg7.club (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any tg7 service — including but not limited to live casino games, slot games, bingo, crash games, and any promotional features — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

tg7 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

02 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to real-money gaming on tg7 is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21 ) years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. By creating an account or accessing any real-money game on tg7, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before using the tg7 Platform. tg7 does not accept registrations from players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. tg7 reserves the right to restrict access from any territory at its sole discretion.

2.3 Capacity

You represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law and the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons who have been self-excluded, voluntarily or otherwise, from any gambling platform or facility are not eligible to register or maintain an account on tg7.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money games on tg7, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) tg7 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. tg7 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, tg7 reserves the right to:

• Suspend or permanently close all associated accounts;
• Void any bonuses, free spins, or promotional credits applied to those accounts;
• Withhold or forfeit any balances pending investigation; and
• Report the matter to relevant regulatory authorities where required.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tg7 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. tg7 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify tg7 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 KYC Verification

tg7 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. tg7 reserves the right to request KYC documents at any stage of the account lifecycle.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

tg7 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. tg7 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits are credited to your tg7 account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification;
• You must have met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds;
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible;
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within approximately fifteen (15) minutes of approval;
• Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days;
• tg7 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on tg7 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the player and are determined by the relevant payment provider.

4.4 Transaction Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the tg7 cashier section. tg7 reserves the right to modify transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

tg7 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms. tg7 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

tg7 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses using duplicate accounts, exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, or placing low-risk bets designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent.

5.4 Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion terms will expire and be removed from the player's account without notice. It is the player's responsibility to be aware of applicable expiry dates.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Outcomes

All tg7 games — including slots, live casino, bingo, crash games, and Fortune Snake — use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics to determine outcomes. Game results are final once confirmed by the system. tg7 does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of or against any individual player.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during a game round, tg7 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. tg7 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original wager.

6.3 Disputed Results

If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with tg7 support within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant game round. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. tg7's decision on disputed game results, following investigation, is final and binding.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tg7 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with tg7 games or systems;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors — any such exploitation must be reported to tg7 support immediately;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, unauthorized payment use, or identity misrepresentation;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any tg7 software or systems;
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming;
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that violates applicable Philippine law or international financial regulations;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tg7 staff or other players through any communication channel.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the tg7 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of tg7 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tg7 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any tg7 content without prior written consent from tg7.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tg7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

tg7's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tg7 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tg7 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

10 Privacy & Data

tg7 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the tg7 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

tg7 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. Your personal data will not be sold or disclosed to third parties except as required by law, as necessary to provide the tg7 service, or as described in the Privacy Policy.

11 Responsible Gaming

tg7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The following tools are available to all registered players through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period;

12 Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by tg7

tg7 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where tg7 reasonably determines that:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms;
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• The player's account is associated with fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity;
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to tg7;
• The player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.

12.2 Closure by Player

You may close your tg7 account at any time by contacting tg7 support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to closure.

13 Amendments to These Terms

tg7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, tg7 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the tg7 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the tg7 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies with jurisdiction in the Philippines.

tg7 operates under the regulatory framework administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.
